Any cheap bus service recommendation from DC to NY? - September 15, 2016, 04:26 PM

As the title suggest, do you guys have any recommendations?

I have looked at Megabus, but that doesn't look cheap for this coming weekend. I know, there are certain China town buses where one can buy a ticket on the go, as well as Bolt/greyhound, etc...

Wanted to check if you folks have any tips/suggestions?

Thanks so much for the help

My wife has used the China town busses in the past, and I think they were really cheap. Something like $30 for a one way?

I'll ask her when I get home tonight for any more details.

We used Bolt a few years ago. It was $35 per person. We had some delays due to mechanical issues before we left. Once they sent another bus it was ok. No issues on the return trip.
