the pulls ups have to be done in what time span? I can do the mile run, squats and push ups. If we have to do 100 pull ups in 1 try i'll pass.

Hey bud,

PM me if you're serious. I'm currently the GM over at the Gold's Gym in Tysons. I ran all DC and MD corporate clubs for Gold's Gym International personal training departments in the past. I was also a trainer with gold's and ran over 8 different PT deparments for them over 6 years. If you need recommendations, pricing, and credentials for trainers in the area I will be able to help you out with it. First thing first we need to get you in and do a overall parq and some physical excercise history. Then I would need to figure out exactly what you want out of your trainer. Then I can recommend someone to you.

If you can do a mile run, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and then another mile run.... You're in way too good of shape.

I could hit the mile in 9.4, then do about 3 sets of 20 push ups, then 3 sets of 50 squats. Then I would start the mile to fall over and die.

That was completely ignoring pull ups; I can do about 3 of those max.
