Anyone on here ever try dieting using medifast?

Looks a bit on the expensive side but the clinical studies showed very good numbers and results.

Was thinking about trying this out

I've tried doing that but with my work schedule it makes it very difficult...especially when I'm away at trial. Sometimes I'm working 14-16 hour days and they will not give us time to go to the gym.

Understand about the schedule.... There are tons of programs out there that claim to work, and probably do for those that stick with them. I would say, this is the same... if you stick with it, it will do the trick. Good luck!

Dude, I been looking into Protein Shakes as meal replacement/meal supplements. Forget that Packaged meals place, try protein shakes instead. Or take your free time and make healthier meals. Waste of $$$$$

Besides that...replace red meats with fish, chicken and turkey.... wild rice or brown rice instead of white...portion control...eat slower drink more water when ya eat.

I can give you a free copy of EODD if you'd like. Made by Dr. John Berardi and Dr. Jon Benson, probably the most clinically tested eating strategy for weight loss out there. It is not a diet though.
