When you consider that you can walk in to Worst Buy and get it for $130, and there they have it for $85 (and it still has free shipping, if you can deal with waiting about 3 days for it to arrive).

This one, and the Jawbone 2 are supposed to be the top-of-the-line ones. I got this one to replace my (missing) Jabra BT500. I'll tell you right now that it's been worth it... including the voice controls.

I have the jawbone and it's very nice. The noise cancelling really works well.

yea the jawbone 2 looks awesome, I don't know if I wanna spend $60 in these hard times though, heh. thanks for the suggestions. i might go with this cheapo one to see how it is, not much to lose with $11
