Looking to get RE license for probate work and to sell my own properties.

I've had mine for the last few years. I primarily use it to buy and sell the properties I flip. Take the online class, it's not worth taking the in-person one. You won't use 99% of the stuff in the class, most of your practical training will come from OJT and classes held by your broker. Feel free to PM if you'd like additional info.
