I rode the C&O canal last year with two buddies - in one day. 187 miles. It was the hardest physical pursuit I've ever endured.

But this is ridiculous...

a guy i train with does these things...Mountains of Misery etc. 100 miles of running in the mountains...He also does double Ironman's for fun...yes double IronMans...5 mile swim, 224 mile bike and double marathon....
