I'm muy excited, even moreso if she's on the ticket somewhere with him, even in his cabinet, because I was a supporter of hers until I learned more about him.

Im just hoping the actual issues will come out. Once we have a true stance from the candidates on the major issues I will actually be able to officially decide who I am going to vote for.

Many people say we need change. As StreetFighter observed (I think), it's easy to say the word "change," but if those who wish for change don't know the what's, where's and hows, we're in no better shape than we are now. So, to make this thread really informative, I would really like to see people answer the following:

1. What needs to be changed (critical analysis)?

2. Where should we be instead (goal)?

3. How can/should we get there (suggestions rather than mere critique)?

It'll be the first african american/woman presidential ticket in history. And they'll be the first african american/woman presidential team ever defeated in an election.

I like pizza.

The choice is between a young black man or an old white man. Other than that, there is no difference. So... there's no difference of note. This election, like the last election, is about minutia. There will be no real change for the better. Why? Because they're politicians. If you want a good job, draft some poor SOB as if it were jury duty. When his tour is over, draft a new one. The survivor like nature of politics is sickening.

The real issue is that once again it's Giant Douche vs. Turd Sandwich.
