Big thanks to Madali - June 12, 2008, 11:25 AM

Major props to Madali. I am a member of Navy Federal Credit union and was experiancing a problem with my account. After going through normal channels and 2 levels of management I was not able to resolve the issue on my own. I contacted Madali and he had the problem resolved in 2 days. Thanks man, really appreciate the help.

Not a problem at all. You probably would still be lost in endless VRU's and extension transfers, but luckily all your issues could easily be resolved by people who owe me favors. Seriously though, that was some major BS you were going through for no reason at all. I'm glad it all worked out for you.

Never did get an apology from them, just a "were going to do you a favor this one time". Sorry you had to cash in favors for this. Still would rather work with the CU then go to a bank.

I haven't even BEGUN to cash in the number of favors people here owe me so don't worry about that at all. Getting an apology from that secondary company would be less likely than winning the lottery, but I sincerely apologize on behalf of NFCU for your situation. Truly, that was rediculous treatment. BTW, I have passed on the secondary co's treatment example to others and they were equally appauled. Long story short, things may change for the better because of your complaint.

Awsome! PM me your bosses contact info. I really want to let them know what a great job your doing and how you went the extra mile to help out.

To everyone else let me clarify that the problem was not with Navy Fed, it was with an insurance company that covered my loan with NFCU in case of loss. They were yanking me around with new unplublished rules and not meeting our contractual arangement. I was close to hiring an attorney when I remembered Travis worked at NFCU and might be able to help push a few buttons. Obviously he did and it worked out for the best.
