Breast Cancer Awareness vs Prostate Cancer Awareness - October 23, 2009, 08:42 AM

lol at the level of awareness, or least visible support, of breast cancer vs prostate cancer, especially in traditionally "male" vocations such as motorcycle riding and professional football. You'd think men would try to advocate for stuff that will affect them as well...1 in 6 men apparently will get prostate cancer. Politicized health ftl.

Sad but true. Bewbies are sexy. It's also because prostate cancer is mostly associated with getting old, and no one cares about old men. On the other hand, breast cancer can hit a woman in her prime, and people feel a lot worse about that.
