Respect the other members. From time to time you might have a disagreement with another member of the site. This is the nature of the beast when you post on an internet forum. This is fine, however under no circumstances will derogatory remarks toward another member be acceptable in the forums or shoutbox. If you need to vent or have an argument, take it to PMs. If an administrator or moderator has to consistently warn you about this, you could be banned

All I am going to say is this is total crap. I was just reading some of the post from the past few days, and one of the persons who is supposed to keep a neutral outlook was making personal potshots. yes I understand that posts have been made that are stupid. But in the end this is a public forum. Yes you can pay to be a member. But it goes back what I have seen said before. If you dont like someone on the board then why even read the posts made by those people. You have a right to ignore what a certain member says. I have to admit more people need to learn to you use it. Explain to me how there is rules, yet they only apply to certain people. Okay I am done with my rant back to Hurricane Hanna.

I agree. There are millions of different personalities on this site and no one gets along with everyone. Disagreements are going to happen - thats the way of life. Things get out of hand QUICKLY as we all can see. There are always two sides of every story. Some people know what to say to get other people riled up.

Im a Mod - and I think I can be neutral in most events. People are going to be people. If I think I am going to get personally involved, I will remove myself and have another mod take over.

I just dont know how to say this - there are rules. This is a privately owned site. If someone disagrees with the rules...leave. Were not forcing you to be here. The only thing I ask is for everyone to act like a frikin grown up.

Heres my saying...

PEOPLE....Get a grip....Get a life...and GET OVER IT!!

Just let it go...

Also...we have really good debates here...Look at me and GixerB - Him and I are at complete odds at a lot of things. But, hes my boy and I respect him.We can bo back and forth on pretty much EVERYTHING but we respect each other. RIGHT BEN?!?!

It all falls down to respect. Theres no need for name calling or profanity (it just shows a lack of vocabulary basically). Debate..have fun and frikin ride!

I'm sooooo glad that I just hate everyone. Makes my life so much easier. Hate is so much easier to do than liking someone, which takes so much work and effort.

Definitely, James. It's just important to have a basic respect for others. And that respect may be very, very basic.

I wish I could pinpoint where we as a society lost the basic skill of "respect". My father planted it in my head ever since I was a kid...Right next to being independent.
