Good for him. Pretty sure this wouldn't happen in NOVA.

Good on them. I was protected 7 years ago. I was riding home from Nova, when the sky opened up. I was rolling down 29 at 40 mph. Cars flying by me at 70. Had a car pull up behind me, put his flashers on and followed 20 miles home. Thought that was pretty cool.

People here would do it too .. No sarcasm!

I see a perfect bike length space in between cars .. sometimes they would move a little to help me split :luv:

I wonder sometimes why certain people wish the worst on crazy squids. They 99% of the time end up hurting themselves alone. I will never wish harm on any rider.

Godspeed!

Great story.

A shame the comments some people left about him not deserving to live because he was a "Goon" as one put it. Those people that judged and have no regard for a human life will hopefully get their Karma. They in essence have jugdged this man that he does not deserve to live. Very sad.

Those that helped showed how people can actually do good and I am sure feel good about themselves to this day. Because they saved the most precious thing that is irreplaceable...a human life.
