The only one I've found is in Georgetown, DC.

I really need to borrow $50k and open a good hand car wash around here. With the number of expensive vehicles on the road, I cant imagine people want to take their shiney new Bentley thru one of the automatic car washers.. or pay $100s and wait 5 hours every time they need it hand washed by a detailing company.

The only car washes in Reston and Herndon are at gas stations and none are handwash. Sterling has sweetwater splash on Sterling Blvd near 28. It is not hand wash but it also has the coin operated power wash bays so you can wash it yourself. The only hand car wash I know of is in Vienna on 123 near Lawyers Road on the west side of 123.
