CCW permit online course for VA - November 3, 2009, 02:16 PM

Hi,
Can't seem to find the link I saw on here about taking the permit course online. The poster said the online course is $30 bucks and was good for the VA permit.
Let me know if you find the link or have another site I can use. Also how long does it take to get the Certificate of course completion?

Anyone else use their DD-214 as proof when applying to Prince william county court?

Fairfax told me my DD-214 wasn't sufficient, even though I was an infantry MOS...

I've never heard of an online course. The one I did was in some dude's apartment near Alexandria. $100, and done.

Thanks guys.
I think prince william county will say no way to DD-214 even though it is listed on the state police web site that the DD-214 with honorable discharge is acceptable.
Thanks again.

I think I got mine from the same guy. The guys carpet looked like he had cleaned his guns about 1000x on them.

Did he seem a little slow to you?

Old guy on like the 15th floor of an apartment building? More gun than hair on his head? Empty gun rugs laying everywhere? Set you up around 2 - 3 folding tables with him in the middle? Sounds familiar!

Great guy BTW .. wish I could remember his info..

I went to the court house, gave them my DD-214 (USMC 0311) their payment and a month and a half later they sent me my permit. Fairfax County courthouse.
