BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOO

I've been to Fogo and Texas....And Chimas in Tysons. I will never go to Chimas again. Other than being amused by the Master Chef power walking with a 10inch butcher type knife in his hand through a crowded restaurant in his hand....nothing good to say about it.

Do any of you ever go look at how they cook their meats? I mean like at these places the meat pushes actually cook their product they way you want it if you ask them. Anyways, I noticed that at Chimas, it's like broiled meat. At Texas, it's straight Flame Grilled over fire. It makes it taste so much better than how they cook it at Chimas.

What do you value more? Life or Image?

Chimas is good but the only problem i have found is that they dont have enough people walking around with the meat and it get aggravating.

In Fogo de Chao they wont even let you finish since every 5 mins there is someone with another piece of meat. For the money i pick fogo de chao.

You were lucky. We had a table of 8 and it was hard keeping my carnivore plate full. That was my only problem. The food was scrumptoulescence. I just made up that word.
