turn white center with flathead to the left 1/4 turn then pull back on the reflector thus leaving white center on the spoke. Then turn the white center piece and it will rotate off the spoke. Make sure to slide the reflector up so it is not jammed between the spokes, it should slide up to where it can rotate a little.

Or if they are 14g spokes just break them bitches off...wont hurt the spokes. If it is on a road bike with 15g spokes uninstall as noted above.

Done! ....until I feel like it needs something else.

So we're at:
Hope m4 brakes
SRAM carbon crankset
E-thirteen chainring
Hope bash
Carbon seat post/stem/handlebar

I have some better rotors to install but I'm in no rush.

This isn't a post about a particular bike, just my adventure last Friday when I took off work to do a century. My first one in over 8 years (last one was during a Washington DC AIDS Ride from NC to DC).

Felt pretty good for the majority of the ride, except my quads started locking around the 50 mile mark thanks to my lack of good hydration. Consumed lots of water and sports drink at my lunch break in Falls Church and was good from that point on. Also had some shoulder trouble, but that's been ongoing for years.

Just thought I'd share my route and numbers.

100.2 miles
Smith Switch in Ashburn to the Woodrow Wilson Bridge back out to the west side of Leesburg back to Smith Switch.
15.7 mph moving avg

A great way to spend the day rather than being annoyed by needy coworkers at my office.

Century! by Castle at Garmin Connect - Details
