^^^Shit, I don't care. Sign me up for HGH then. If that's how actors and athletes are staying young looking and in-shape and it has none of the negative consequences of steroids, since HGH is only a replacement for what the body no longer naturally makes - I'm all in.

Seriously. I really think I'd do a few cycles of HGH just to see if it has any effectiveness on me.

I'm being serious hgh IS wonderful. If it wasn't so damn expensive I'd be on that shit.

You can have negative side effects to hgh but that is when you take like 20+ iu's a day. 4-6 iu's is all you need. Jaw bone and forehead growth are examples of what could happen.

and props to Herschel

Dude is a beast. Nice to know that at that age you can come into the octogon and kick some azz. Although if I didn't have to work... I'm sure I could train A LOT more and be in that kind of shape.

Still. Major props to him.

Then again... That's just me.

On a fight note his skills are awful. The other guys was too. I saw several arm bar opportunities and a Americana once too. Neither was attempted.
Too many fighters theses day are in it for the ref stoppage (by G&P or going for cuts) and not to submit their opponents. To me thats lazy. You can't physically finish your opponent so youre relying on the ref to determine that hes not fighting back enough.

Plus the problems with HGH are different than synthetic testosterone. With synthetics your body will stop producing when youre on it. After stopping youll need to do PCT because your natural test. has stopped or is greatly reduced so your estrogen is dominant (look up gynomastecia).

The problem with HGH and other roids, is that the muscle grows much faster than the connective tissue. Itll rip a ligament from the bone. Not good.

Fight skills improve with more training and fights. I think he's only been training in MMA for a little under a year.

I don't care about the technique per se ... a win's a win, whether they pull off some technically flawless submission move or they just punch a mudhole in your face and the ref stops it.

Hell, I kind of miss the first 20 UFC's where two guys would just knock the shit out of each other and a submission was rare.
