Definitely watching the Kimbo vs Big Country fight.

I've been wondering what Butterbean has been up to, it's actually a decent matchup. Both depend heavily on an early round knockout. I used to LOVE watching Tank fight in the early days of UFC, sadly the sport has evolved past his skill set of "Pit Fighting" he used to call it...but basically brawling. I think Tank has been fighting in lesser known venues in Japan lately.

I couldn't care less if DMX fights, but if Kanye West ever jumps in the cage - CALL ME.

Roy Nelson was the heavyweight champion of the short-lived International Fight League. He was a very big fish in a small pond, but has been noted in many better known MMA venues as a talent with a future in MMA. That being said, he is a well-rounded fighter with HEAVY hands and deceivingly good cardio despite his girth. There's a bit of bravado expected with any anticipated bout, the sport being as much mental as it is physical - call it marketing, call it business development ...but to call it legendary..is a bit of a stretch.

For Kimbo, a career in UFC pretty much depends on his performance here - and Nelson is an excellent litmus test. The question is, has Kimbo developed any ground skills?

Kimbo doesn't have to win against Nelson to have a career in UFC, but he has to show that he's evolved into a more well-rounded fighter and put on a good show in the cage. He also has to illustrate that he is "coachable"..so far, he appears to have his eye on the prize, and the coaches have already said that he "is a sponge" soaking up every little bit of technical skills they have imparted.

Totally agree that Lessner is a joke....but man...what a friggin' huge, powerful, mountain of a joke. I would love to see Kimbo mop the cage with him.

I hate Kimbo slice. That is all. Oh, and I wish someone would knock out his awfully out of style gold teeth. Ok, bye.

Yeah its hard to say hes a joke when he dominates but he does so because hes the biggest strongest piece of meat ever. Frank almost pinned him in their 2nd fit like the first but hes just too big and strong which allows him to be sloppy technically and still pound
