I am sick of Subway and now they have only 3 $5 sandwiches .. Cosi and epicurean on GU campus are rapists .. so what did you pack for lunch today? I want some easy and healthy options .. thanks

The way to do it, if you don't mind eating the same thing for a few days, is to cook in bulk and be done with it.

- Bake a package of chicken breast / thighs / whatever. BBQ sauce or rub with seasoning. Boil some broccoli / rice.

- I like crock pot action. Make some beef stew with beef, carrots, potatoes, etc. Or a roast with some vegetables.

Exactly what I do! I bought a crock pot and a rice cooker and Ive never looked back. I keep some PB&J and some lunch meat around also just in case Im in a rush.
