search by series, and you can select multiple series and locations. Does she already have a Clearance? if so that will help. Once she does the search and sees something she likes then it will tell you how to apply and what you need to do.

THIS IS A DEFENSE CIVILIAN INTELLIGENCE PERSONNEL SYSTEM (DCIPS)
POSITION.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a security
specialist, providing physical, information, and industrial security
program functions in support of the organization. Physical Security:
Plans, develops, and implements physical security policies and
procedures for all JPRA buildings to ensure control of material and
equipment and protection against illegal entry, theft, sabotage,
espionage, and subversion. Implements DoD, HQ USAF, and MAJCOM
policies and develops local procedures for the classification and
protections of classified national defense and other sensitive
information originated or controlled by JPRA activities. Established
local procedures for processing requests for security clearances for
military and civilian personnel. Initiates and review all requests
for personnel security investigations consistent with directives.
Ensures that requests for security clearance are properly screened and
verified, and that all necessary forms and documentation have been
completed before processing for clearances. Reviews solicitation and
contract documents to ensure they include the appropriate security
clauses and language.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have one year of specialized experience
equivalent to the GS-11 level to qualify for appointment at the GS-12
grade level. Specialized experience is that which equipped the
applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to
perform successfully the duties of the position and that is typically
in or related to the work of the position to be filled.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

1. Knowledge of resources protection, information, industrial, and
physical security concepts, principles, and practices to plan and
implement security programs in theses areas.

2. Knowledge of required security training concepts, programs,
procedures, and practices to assist managers in establishing and
operating internal security programs.

3. Skill in developing, analyzing, and evaluating security programs
to meet mission requirements and improve the security program for the
organization.

4. Ability to communicate orally and in writing, clearly, concisely,
and accurately.

5. Ability to plan and carry out reviews of security programs,
analyze and evaluate report.

6. Knowledge of security classifications methods, concepts and
eligibility for access to classified or sensitive information.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

1. Individual will be required to obtain and maintain a security
clearance based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
current within the last five years, meet eligibility criteria, and
maintain a Top Secret clearance for SCI access.

2. May be required to travel by civilian aircraft in performance of
temporary duty.

3. This position is designated by Air Force as a testing designated
position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian drug testing program. The
incumbent is (a) to refrain from use of illegal drugs and (b) if
requested, submit to urinalysis testing. The individual must sign a
statement acknowledging the position occupied is identified as a TDP.
4. Physical Demands: The work is primarily sedentary, however, some
walking, standing, and bending is necessary to obtain records, file
records, conduct briefings, and perform customer service duties.
Involves everyday risks or discomforts associated with offices,
meetings, and training rooms. Work areas are adequately heated,
lighted and ventilated. Work is performed in an office setting within
a SCIF with all inherent environmental restrictions.

They cannot expidite the Clearance process but they will give her an Interim Top Secret after an initial review. That way she can start doing her job before she's actually cleared.

thats not true I have seen it done! they can talk to the investigator to move her up in priority and get her cleared!
