Ending to the movie "The Jacket" - April 9, 2006, 01:58 AM

Its late, and i just finished watching "The Jacket" with adrian brody and kierra knightley. I liked the whole movie, except for the ending. Doesn't make any sense to me, so can someone explain.

Ok, so he falls and hits his head... does he in fact die the last time they put him in the jacket? is it his final dream when he sees kierra successful? Or does he now live in that "world". And if thats it, then what happened to his "nuthouse jacket" world? Did it get erased when he gave that letter to kierra's mom? What did it mean at the end when kierra asked "how much time do we have?" Was that because he was still in the jacket and soon would wake up in "nuthouse jaket" world dead? WTF??? Damn movies with these frustrating endings.
