Ever wonder what your dog does when your not home? - February 24, 2011, 08:38 AM

My dog imo has separation anxiety. Every where I would go he would have to come. I would go to the bathroom he tries to come with me. I go downstairs into the garage for a minute or 2 then he starts to freak out.

As soon as I would leave the house he would whine and bark. I've always wondered how long he would whine and bark for.

He had me fooled lol. He sleeps all day.

I give him music to listen to lol.

Haha can't say I haven't done it before, there is a program that you can use your webcam on your computer that sends it to your iphone. I did it one time to watch what my dog was doing when she was a puppy. I thought she would get bored and start tearing things up after I had been gone for a while. Nope, as soon as I walked out the door she would grab all the blankets cause a mess, wear herself out, then sleep until I got home. Little shit lol.

Guess that makes sense unless you work in DC and commute from Fredericksburg, Stafford, or somewhere south then it would be pointless...lol...

What is awesome, is that just before you get home he will know and start his anxiety routine.

Little dogs seem to do that a lot. Our new chi would go in the shower with me if he could. He bites my feet while I'm getting in the shower and just sits there until I get out. Follows me everywhere. Sits on my foot while I take a shit etc... Its crazy. He sleeps when we're gone though.

WTF? Of course he does nothing all day, he is in a cage. My roommates dog is probably laying on my bed right now.

I got a letter last time from the leasing office at my old place, because my dog wouldn't stop howling for hours. Yesterday I had him with a muzzle in the cage, ultrasonic collar. Today I took muzzle off and just put him in the cage with collar. Tomorrow we'll see.

That cage is huge in my opinion. I'll get a bigger one when I get the other puppy. Gus/600killer fits in this cage
