fixing cracked screen 5c and selling - January 22, 2017, 02:34 PM

Any leads on cheaply fixing the screen, and selling? Wife cracked her 5C 32G, and decided it was time for a new phone, so most buyers/sites are offering $20 for the phone and I want more. So I was thinking of replacing the screen and selling privately. Thoughts?

5C is an orphan device. Even with a fixed screen, I'd expect about $85.

Wouldn't be worth the time and trouble in my opinion. Better to take the $25 and roll it into a used 5S or SE if she wants the same small footprint.

Stay away from the 6. Touch disease.

Yeah, not worth it to fix. As Heist said, worth about $80ish not broken.

Hasan over at

PC AND MOBILE - HOME

has been pretty fair with me on phone repairs/replacement. I know they do that sort of stuff over there. Hit him up and see.
