Fuck Bank of America As A Staff, Bank And As A Motherfucking Crew! - July 6, 2011, 10:50 AM

Thanks for screwing me over in the 11th hour on a deal ... again.
God help me, why can't BoNY or Morgan Stanley open a branch down here.

If it's not missing documents or addendums, it's a regulation changes you didn't notify anyone of mid-deal.
If it's not a regulation change, it's clause that was omitted.
If it's not a clause that was omitted, it's an underwriter issue.
If it's not an underwriter issue, it's a hidden fee you didn't notify anyone of.
If it's not a hidden fee, then it's a account error on your part that generated the fee.
and on ...
and on ...
Bitchasses. Not to mention, your customer service generally, blows donkey dick. And your managers have the financial acuity of a DeVry dropout.

I wish to all that is holy I would never have to come across or deal with you, but you've managed to wrap yourself around the spine, slip your tentacles into, and plant your suckers right on the vein of so many aspects of what I come across, sucking off fees like a vampire sucking fish, that I cannot avoid you or your stank.

yeah... they just charged me a 12 dollar maintenance fee on a checking account I opened with them the day after my 18th bday due to a recent change in the requirements for that type. They refused to waive the fee when I called the day it posted asking WTF. Apparently they "notified" me at some point in with all the spam i get from them. GHEY

but for the record, i was not THAT mad O_O lol

When they botch up or pull the punt move on you at the last minute, costing you a nice 0'd up check, yes - you would be as mad as I am.

The last 2 years, unless your last name is Jobs and you happen to own a fruit company or have a mainline to government funding, you have to scratch and fight harder than ever to wrangle out profits, find, and structure profitable deals.

The last thing you need is a financial institution working against you or making you push water uphill, only to ignite a depth charge and scuttle everything just as you reach the summit.

I Have Nothing To Contribute.

Chicks are like jobs...all the good ones are taken and they can't pay you enough to do the ones that are available.

Please clarify... I am not clear on either of these points.

while i was in i had a USAA and a Bofa account...
I remember i had like 500 in my BOFA and i sold my Talon for $3200 and deposited the check (i knew it would take a few day to clear) i had a partial paycheck going to my bofa account on that payday which was a friday...

I went to go withdrawl money on saturday (this was in 2006 btw) and it said i had insufficient funds, mind you i was only trying to take out 100$. So i redid the card and checked my Avail Balance which was negative $2200. I freaked the fuck out...went inside talked to the bank manager who said that since the check hadnt cleared yet they took the money out of my account to cover it..

I was confused i said What money? that makes no sense at all, I can understand NOT making the 3200 avail but why would you touch money that was in the account or better yet where is my paycheck that cleared?

She had no answer so i got irate and cussed she sent me to another person who i explained to. this ghetto bitch started saying theres nothing they could do..

So i said she better give me my fucking money or ill call the cops. she said she was calling the cops for making threats to her... So i fucking left (it was right around 1 or 2 pm closing on a sat) i called the bank 1800 number and they saw the error the tellers or whatever made that thurs and fixed it made all my funds avail...

I went withdrew every cent and called back and closed the account...here i am like 5 years later and i have a negative report on my credit saying that i owe them 420$ i guess after i closed it my car finance company tried pulling the funds and it didnt work since it was a closed account (i paid that month from my usaa) but BOFA still said they paid it which they did not...

- "0'd up check" - check with a lot of zeros. i.e. > $1,000.00

- "pushing water uphill" - a slow, laborious, frustrating task.
