Fundraiser for Jeff Vega - September 22, 2009, 05:03 PM

Hi guys -

I know alot of us that were good friends with Jeff are feeling pretty helpless (I know I am) as to how we can help.

I know Rob is collecting donations for the family, but I wanted everyone's opinion on an idea I have. I know the Manager at Glory Days in Germantown. Alot of times, restaurants are willing to donate a percentage of the profits to a good cause. If folks think this might be a good way to raise money, I can see if we can pin down a day and make it a "Jeff Vega" night so all could come out and a percentage of what is spent that day will got straight to the Vegas.

I could also probably come up with some nice raffle items as another way to raise money that evening.

Thoughts anyone?

I'm down for Glory Days. Sounds like a good idea to me...

Make it a weekend and I'll come out. Where's this Germantown you speak of?

Excellent idea. Are you talking about the one by Shoppers, just off of Mateny? There is tons of parking there, and it would be a good choice. Count me in and contact me if you need some assistance. I go get my hair cut there all the time by the Vietnamese ladies a couple doors down.

In for sure.

R.I.P. JEFF VEGA

Slow: Well, that was a bad idea because jamming the turd back in caused the gas behind it to back up and just about the time I went in for what probably would have been the thrust that got the turd out of my way, the gas exploded. It shot my dick and the turd out like a rocket. Now, if getting your dick explosively expelled from your chick's ass and then getting hit in the gut with a flying turd doesn't make your dick soft, you're a better man than I am.

Excellent idea Jen!!! Any money that can be raised for them will really help! Let me know a time and date and I will see if I can get that next day off. If it's a weekend, not real sure what I can do...unless is a Saturday night, I don't have to be to work til noon. I think I may be able to make it and still get to work on time.

Yep, that's the one. My husband got his hair cut there once...I think he got the number 17. He came out with what looked like a spoiler on the back of his head.

Let me see what I can do about making it a Saturday. Maybe afternoon/early evening would work.

As far as a raffle, if anyone has the hookup with some cool stuff - let me know.

So far I have club level seats to the Skins/Giants game on 12/22.

Thanks again for everyone's support.

Great job on setting this up! I will be there. I will talk to Rick at RnR and get a raffle prize from him.
