If you havent seen it already, GO. My goodness - the movie was great from beginning to end. By far the best movie I've seen so far this year. Wolverine was good, but it fell short of my expectations. ST, on the other hand, fuckin' ROCKED.

i thought it was good,i dont know if i would say it was great.

it didnt really follow any story guidline from the show other then the characters right?

It wasnt supposed to follow any storyline - its a reboot of the franchise. And, they explained that in the movie

Saw it and liked it a lot. They picked the right people for the characters for this one. Man....Spock is getting old. LOL.
