Do you have transportation? Are you there with a tourist group?

The bioluminescent bay is amazing and def worth a visit. If you go out there I would recommend going early and stopping at Richie's cafe it has an amazing view. Raices in San Juan makes great authentic food; try the appetizer sampler, mofongo, tres leches, & flan. La Mallorca is the best place to have breakfast; get the bacon, egg, & cheese Mallorca.

La Parilla, Luquillo - Restaurant Reviews - TripAdvisor

check that place if you are anywhere near it. I went with my girl about two years ago and we stumbled on this restaurant. no joke best food we have ever had. we are planning another trip back to PR this February and are going to the same nearby hotel just because of this place.
