Cool Gun Show @ Dulles Expo in Chantilly 2/12-14 - January 24, 2010, 12:11 PM

anybody going?

http://www.thenationsgunshow.com/

Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly

2/12, 13, 14 - I'll probably go and pick up a BMFG 4000

also, was at Silver Eagle Group with a buddy today who shoots at NRA mostly - we didn't want to deal with the 1 hour wait at NRA - his quote for the day 'there's a whole lot more finer looking ass here'

it was my first time there today so it was $15 per hour, afterwards I believe it is $25. Be sure to map the address, I drove right by it - its a building blending among other buildings.

I'm planning on going to the gun show, I'd like to pick up an IWB, some more mags, and see if anything catches my eyes.

Hells yeah I'm going as long as I'm here. I guess I gotta start saving some money now

I was at SEG today as well. Ran through 200 rounds of 7.62 and 100 rounds of 45 through my M&P. I don't care what anyone says, the more I shoot the M&P the more I fall in love with it.

I'll be at the show... I need to promote the AR15 class... pick up hi cap factory glock 9mm mags, see if there is any 6.5 Grendel ammo, push my new project to the next level... see if i can get a deal on good glass and a larue mount.... maybe finish off the Go-Bag.

i hope i win the lottery between now and then!

Cool, thanks man. Kinda pricey @ $25, but worth it for the time-pressed on the weekends I'd guess.

its usually more expensive than say Walmart... but they have it... and you can get a lot of it. put realize you'll pay about $3 more per box for PMC/Winchester White box.

Regarding SEG:
I've only been the one time and it seemed right after church time (11;45) this place got real busy. Not a 1 hour minimum wait which is what we encountered at NRA but most of the ranges were full when I left. They do run some sort of membership where its $35 a month for unlimited range time - so if you went once a week, it would be $8.75 per visit which is considerably less then $25. I'm actually giving this some thought since its 3.8 miles from my house. I'd just have to get a .22 to keep the ammo costs down.

and back to topic:
looks like I'm going with at least 2 DCSB peeps. let me know who else wants to meet up or whatever - day/time hasn't been decided.

if you cross the river, we can shoot at SEG - about the only thing they don't allow is armour piercing bullets, tracer, steel core or incendiary ammunition.
