To the GYM...STAT!! - April 24, 2009, 02:58 PM

So today I realized how out of shape I really have become. Went to a Yamaha Outdoors demo in MD. Rode Grizzly 550 and 700 through the woods over some pretty crazy terrain (you would be shocked how capable those big ass things are). Then hit a worn out/shut down motocross track on a Raptor 250, Raptor 700 and YFZ450R - this activity had my fat ass out of breath in no time flat. Partly due to my inability to let anyone pass me (yeah, I got some competition issues but it was a track LOL).

So, next time you see me eyeballing a twinkie or anything I want to eat not good for the belly/overall health...take action my friends.

BTW - I feel as if I just got jumped by a gang of kids armed with bats
