Halp! Need MREs! - October 6, 2008, 08:53 AM

I need to get 50ish MREs. Not the Sure-Pak ones from the interwebs or Ranger Surplus but good ol' gubment issued MREs with TP, water-proof matches, and bombs...errr, I mean heaters.

Anyone know where I could get them?

Your anticipated cooperation is greatly appreciated.

I think they sell them at the Army-Navy store in Tyson's (where the tower records use to be).

..and they might sell those yuppie ones at Dick's.

**Edit**

Nevermind... didn't read the whole post. I'm working without coffee this morning.

I was wondering if this had anything to do with JT needing an AR15.

I've got a few laying around the house from back in the day. Nowhere near 50 though. Maybe 4.

50??? One of the guys in my ROTC class used to say, "If I just look at an MRE, I'll be stopped up for 3 days."

A DI told us that if we dont shit once a day... he'd stick a hose up our asses and make it come out... so no matter how many MREs we had we had to force it out

its like 4k calories of cheese

Kaaner!!!!

With the end of the world coming and whatnot, JTG is getting the artillery, Boom is on a super secret procurement mission, we have LadyK making Devious construct a bunker (the "Birdman's Guide to Survival - Book 1: Build A Bunker, Bitch!" is crap, don't buy it), RacerX is getting entertainment (think ) so that we're not all bored, Nubbs is counting down the time left using all his fingers and toes, and I'm getting the food stuffs.

I need the Government issued ones...they don't sell those at the Ranger Surplus or Dicks...is there a PX around that someone could buy them for me at and I'll pay you for them? Or something...I'm really hungry...and eleventy billion calorie poundcake will really put a dent in my hungriness
