Heads up on 66E in HOV (Manassas) - April 8, 2009, 05:46 AM

Tried posting this before I hit the tunnel, but there is a bumper and a few other pieces of plastic right after Manassas. Found out the hard way. Looked like they had fallen off a trailer hauling 3 damaged cars. Ride safe.
