Touching story!

These story always hit home for me.
As a survivor of a similar head injury, I know how critcal and devastating cerebral hemorrage can be. When in for my surgery they sat my family down and literally said,

"Your son has an 18% chance of survival at this time. I we are successful at keeping him alive, he has a 5% chance of full recovery. If he lives, he most likely come out on the other side a totally different person. Aside from all of the physical recover and rehab, he will more then likely have a different personality and may or may not remember anything from the past including who any of you are."

Heavy shit
