Haven't held a weapon since the last time I was on the rifle range on Camp Lejeune back in '01. Miss the hell out of shooting though.

I shoot at the NRA HQ range. It's a great, clean range. I also do Shooters Paridise on RT 1 once in a blue. What do y'all like to shoot with?

I shoot at the NRA also, it's an outstanding facility. I like the fact that you can take almost any weapon to an indoor range. Soooo, I take the AR-10, AR-15, .45, .50, 10 guage, and 12 guage there. Also, Bull Run is a great place to shoot sporting clays. One time some friends dared me to take my 12 guage trench gun there. Full heat sheild, shortened barrel and fixed bayonet. I got some bad stares from the hard core dicks shooting for points competitions, but the guides let me shoot through and thought it was funny. Did OK too!

Never been able to afford my own gun, so I've only been able to go to places that rent out guns or with friends/family that own them. I'm a respectable shot though for not owning one.

For a guy who qualifies quarterly for work... I'm a terrible shot. We usually go out to Mt. Weather which is a pretty decent range. Its just one hell of a drive/ride.

Been shooting fairly often lately, but just for fun. Last time competetively was the '00 Far East Division Matches. Ahhh, memories.

Right up the 1 hole.

I actually just got my first gun this weekend (bought it at the gun show) and joined the NRA and got a card for the NRA HQ range, and shot there for the first time. I was very impressed with the range. Got a .45. Its nice to go to a range and be able to shoot my own gun and not feel like Im leaching off friends by using their guns.
