no no no no issue, I work with the BES and troubleshoot over 2800 BB's. Just wanted to see if anyone else did on here also. When I am bored at work I come up with quick fixes to email people lol.

I have a BB but dude how old is that BB screenshot.

Start the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
Click Backup and Restore.

The "Backup and Restore" screen appears. Click Backup.
NOTE: Click Advanced to perform a selective backup of the handheld data (Example: Backup Address Book only).

The "Select file for Full Backup" screen appears. Click Save.
NOTE: The default file name is "Backup-(<current date>)-.ipd".

A progress bar will display while the application data is backed up.

Once the backup is complete, click Close to exit Backup and Restore.

Restore application data from the PC to the handheld
Start the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
Click Backup and Restore.

The "Backup and Restore" window will appear, click Restore.
NOTE: Click Advanced to perform a selective restore of the handheld data (Example: Backup Address Book only).

The "Select file for Full Restore" screen appears. Click Save. Select the desired .ipd file and click Open.

A warning message will appear explaining the changes to be made for the Restore.

Click OK to proceed with the Restore.
Click Cancel to end the Restore.

A progress bar will display while the application data is restored.

Once the restoration is complete, click Close to exit Backup and Restore.
