How much do professional cleaners cost? - October 21, 2009, 11:21 AM

Long story short, the bitch that i rented my townhouse from last time is trying to get us to pay for professional cleaning. I'm not sure what the lease says, either just carpet, or entire fucking house. So how much does it cost for :
1. Just the carpet for the entire house to get cleaned?
2. Professional cleaning for an entire town house?

If it's not in the lease then I'm not paying this bitch a dime but I'm just curious how much it would cost. I'll check the paperwork when I meet up with my old roomate on friday.

My guess is $100 - $200 for each. I don't know, though.
To have my townhouse office cleaned, it's $150 every two weeks.

I used one on my Aunt's house once. Did the whole house worked great, spent less than $100

donno sq ft. I'd have to look at the lease on friday. It's a townhouse. 3 floors. 3 bedroom upstairs, then hardwood floors on 2nd floor, carpeted basement and stairs leading to basement

I just got read an ad in the Ashburn Villager for 7-room carpet cleaning (whole house) for $147.00

We had to get the carpets professionally cleaned at our last TH in Sterling, part of the lease, we just hired who we wanted and provided receipts to the Land Lord. Check your lease.

sounds like it'll be around 150-200 for carpet. that's reasonable since it's split between me and 3 others. hopefully my lease has nothing in it about that. thanks for the info people
