I hope this will help someone. - September 15, 2009, 11:33 PM

Well today I made it to 32yo. Many of you on here may have known about the accident I had with my car while driving drunk, for those who havent long story short-crashed car rescued by stranger out of car that was on fire, lots of broken bones and ripped intestines. Anyway, I sit here thinking about how lucky I am in so many ways with this accident. My friend and myself will make full recoveries (even though it's taking forever), I didnt hit another car and hurt or kill others, and I learned a very valuable lesson albeit the hard way. I bring this up because maybe someone who reads this wont do the same thing that I did because of what not only I have been through but what it did to my family and my friends. Its a scary thought knowing that I am only here to see my birthday today because of the doctors that brought me back on that table in FX Hospital and because of God which I had no real evidence in which to believe in one. I do now. I know everyone has heard it a million times because I know I had also, DONT DRINK AND DRIVE. I'll leave out pics of my injuries because they are pretty gross, I think they would help drive home the point but I wont subject people to that.

Happy Birthday brother. I always say the best way to learn is to experience and unfortunately you experienced it in one of the worst ways. Luckily no one was killed. In any case let me know when you're ready to train.
