"What about the rest of us? iPhone OS 3.0 will be available this Summer. A free update to all of our iPhone 3G customers. And it works on the original iPhone. Now the hardware has changed between these two devices. For instance, A2DP and MMS won't be available on the iPhone 1st gen. It's also available for the iPod touch... for $9.95."

I decided that I wasn't going to upgrade until they offered MMS...guess I'm getting me a new phone in June.

You can tether right now using jailbreak... works just fine. Been tethering since the first iphone came out.

Also, its about time with the rest of these features. Took 2 years for copy and paste to come to the iphone.. puhlease. That and MMS should have been day 1 features.

What app do you use to tether? Maybe I should jailbreak my phone...kinda pointless without 3G though.

+1 on the copy and paste & MMS.

With pretty much every phone on the market using email, do people really care that much about MMS anymore? I've always just emailed pics to people, regardless of phone I was on. To be honest, I didn't know my iPhone didn't offer MMS. lol

Sure, people send me picture mail (eg: MMS) alllll the friggin time. I don't even bother going to look at them though since its such a pain in the ass to view the pics.
