4 sale: iPOD Touch 8GB: I won this but dont know WTF 2 do with it??? - December 18, 2009, 07:59 AM

Ok decided to just put it on Craigslist. 4 sale or trade for a 120 to 160gb Ipod classic.

$175 obo and might drive to you in the snow depending....
http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/d...516664847.html

So when it comes to Office Holiday Parties I always some how win the best prizes.

My past Gifts from Company Parties have been 42" Sharp LCD Flat TV, Digital Camera (gave it away) Garmin GPS (gave it to my Dad) $1,500 (kept it lol)

Well last night we had the company party at Passion Fish in Reston.
Sort of small party with only about 20 people or so and I told everyone at the table Im a lucky SOB when it comes to this shit...

So they call my number and Bam... iPOD Touch 8gb.
I then told them at my table... See...what did I tell you...

So I told them you need to touch me and get my "Chai" and you will win..
BAM, the two chicks that touch me won Digital Camera and some other digital shit.

Oh ok back to the story...

WTF do i do with a 8gb iPOD Touch?
I mean I have a 30gb IPOD thats only have 4gb left on it...

I wanted to get a 160gb iPOD Classic..
I havent look this thing up, but it seems to be just a web browser and can play music...ehhh

I havent turned it on yet cuz I might trade/sell it for a 160gb iPOD.

Who have one and why do you like it?
should I sell it?

tell me yall.... whats up?

I have this one. I don't have much music and don't watch many videos. But one of the better features is that it has wireless abilities unlike the classic. Browse the web, check the weather, etc, if you're around a wifi access point.

Remember that facebook status you had up the other day? Throw this in along with the other "benefits".

NO, I will NOT do this

I have 8gb on the iphone. I dislike the way it handles the music. Since there's no click wheel, you have to look down and unlock the screen to skip a song. Since I'm in my car / snowboarding a lot, I like to just reach down and click the "next" part of the click wheel. Another downside is that a lot of the time when I pick up the phone and unlock it to switch songs, it's turned horizontal in "cover flow" mode, which I freaking hate. IMO, sell the 8gb, and use the money towards the 160

Half right. On both the iPhone and iTouch, if you double tap the home button, it brings up your music controls no matter the state of the player. It still requires more actions to accomplish a skip, but no, don't have to unlock the screen.

good feature, still gotta look down to skip though, unless you get real good at finding the position on the screen without looking. IMO I want my mp3 players to have solid controls. I are sticking with my iPod classic

Shake to shuffle.

My ipod classic (60g) is a brick compared to my nano and my iphone.
