Engineering Administrative Assistant:



The Corporate Engineering Department and the NE Division Engineering Group have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant based in Vienna, VA. This position’s time will be split between the Corporate Engineering and NE Division Engineering groups. Responsibilities include:



Preparing correspondence (letters and memos)
updating project files
contacting Corporate and Northeast Division Engineering Department personnel for project schedule information
developing Northeast Division project schedule list
process reports and technical papers
coordinate with HR on arrangements for job fair booths
follow up with all 5 Engineering Department Divisions on regular archiving of project files in accordance with company protocols, and
develop project contact lists/summary reports data base


Requirements:



1. At least 4 years of administrative experience

2. Able to handle multiple priorities

3. Strong word processing/typing skills

4. Excellent vocabulary and grammatical skills

5. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office

6. Understanding of general civil engineering and construction terminology helpful





Receptionist/Administrative Assistant:



The Corporate office has an immediate opening for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant based in Vienna, VA. Responsibilities include:



Promptly answering, screening and directing incoming calls
Assisting visitors to the company
Provide company information (such as address or fax numbers to callers)
Process deliveries
Maintain security access, and
Maintain conference room schedule


Requirements:



Punctual and Reliable
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong Organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to multi-task
3 years related experience

dropped off the resumes that were sent to me to the HR lady just now.

I put in a good word for all. Obviously once resumes are turned in, I have no control after that point...but to keep things fair...I did turn them in in the order of the PM's / emails received...figured that's the least I could do.

Salaries are comensurate with experience and I will know a ball park figure closer to the 13th fo March. So I will update this thread then.

g/l to all that applied

in regard to salary...i do payroll, but am not privy to that info before someone is hired.

a simple call up here could get you the answer though

i know one thing...this company is awesome, doing wonderfully in the industry and we def don't pay in pennies

Purchasing Data Entry, Alexandria, VA – TEMP (6 month) - $13-16/hour

-Assist purchasing department with data entry for purchase orders. REQUIRED to have experience working in Costpoint 6.1 – purchasing module!



Loan Processor, Falls Church , VA – TEMP - $16-17/hour

-Processing mortgage loans, to include opening the file, ordering documentation, prequalifying applicant, preparing disclosure statements, and submitting loan for approval. Qualified individuals will have experience processing VA, FHA, and Conventional loans.
