Here is the actual Job Description:

Looking to add a creative energetic member to our Web Marketing team.
The team's overall responsibilities include managing all online avenues for the company - internet, intranet, customer portals, online advertising, ect. Although each member of the team has unique strengths, everyone is required to make content changes to existing websites, create art and websites for online marketing campaigns, or to work with internal departments to refine customer facing collateral.
The basic skill set for the position is * HTML * CSS * JavaScript * Photoshop * ASP. We have a need for a Flash Designer as well, not a requirement but would definitley be a plus. The position requires strong artistic ability.
We are currently in the process of redesigning our internal website, and we have a multitude of online projects going on at any given time making the job ever changing and interesting. Most online advertising projects are smaller in nature and have quick turn around times. I make sure that the office environment is friendly, that the staff has a good time with their work, that everyone gets the support they need to finish a project, and that no one gets burnt out. This small team has a great working relationship. The company has 5,000+ employees and has a good corporate culture.
If you are interested please reply with your current resume and portfolio.

Let me be the first to say XO is a HORRIBLE COMPANY! Atleast, they're a horrible company to deal with. They provide an incredibly shitty service and the customer service is lacking in everyway. Hope it's different for you.
