So I been running and getting my body back in shape. It was just time. Did p90x already and was dumb and didnt keep up with it afterwards. Started drinking too many "Tedy *Bruschi's*" with JDubbz(just kidding). So Im back in the game...

Sooooo....started insanity today. Lets see where this goes.

Oh yea...p90 is definitely good. If you have knee issues and stuff like that just watch the plyo work out. But the key of everything is to eat right(which is the hardest)

I have a friend had AMAZING results with P90X. Also have 2 other friends that started the program 2 weeks ago and while cussing at the TV, they like.

I just saw the commerical for Insanity...def got my attention. I just dont know if I am that kind of work out person. In my house, by myself with the TV...ADD kicks in. Give me a room with women doing cardio striptease or kickboxing and I am game.

Either way I am jumping on this "get my ass into shape" bandwagon with everyone.

eat correct---

breakfast- (old fashioned oat meal made with vanilla soy milk, little cinnamin and some raisins in it.

between breakfast and lunch- unlimited fruit

lunch-- chicken ceaser slad, chicken salad sandwich, or tuna sandwich

between lunch and dinner--- unlimited fruit and vegtables

dinner, chicken or steak ceaser salad with strawberrys or pinnaple for dessert


EXCERCISE-- pushups, leg lifts and crunch's ( 3 types crunchs) upper, middle, lower

jog 6 days a week after you get home from work, start with a mile, every week add 1 mile to the plan

you eat and excercise like this for 6 days a week, on sunday you eat unlimited amount of anything you want, pizza, wings, ice cream soda what ever. and eat till you are sick, then you wont want it for another week.

It is impossible to eat more on sunday than you burned in a week your stomach has shrunk and you just cant eat that many calories in one day. if you follow that plan and oply drink water those 6 days you will be completly shredded between 1 and 1/2 months to 3 months time. depending on how over weight you are.

this plan you can loos 20 pounds in just over a month if followed correctly.

I have a membership at Golds Gym in Alexandria if anyone wants to workout with me.. I already eat healthy with the occasional naughty meal.. lol

if you make it 2 months you will be joggin up to 6 miles a day with no sweat and you will be a fat burning machine. good luck and PM me if you have any other questions. this really works and I do it every year for 5 years now for about 2-3 month span. it really works for me.

thought i might pass on some information befor eyou guys go spending lots of money of peoples videos.

If you want to be in shape, do not join a gym, spend that money on healthy food

Ceaser Salads are good but not good for you. Best to eat vinegar based salads.

Yes healthy food is a tad bit more expensive but I get my fruits and veggies from Global foods in Woodbridge and they are alot cheaper!! ive been going to Golds on and off for a while..

well you want to eat ceaser salad because you cut out all sugar and salt from the rest of your diet. so you need to eat fruit to get natural sugar. you need to eat the salad dressing because you need a little fat in your diet and you need a salt source. never go to the fat free dressing route. if you cut sugar and salt load up on the dressing because it tastes good, and your body does need it

I love jogging. I started to get back in shape November 1st.
I'm happy to say I lost 15lbs since then... 5 more to go and I'll probably be the leanest I've ever been. I took some before pics, so I'll post up after the next 5lbs.
That will be 165lbs, at 5'10" its a good weight for me
