Talking Kung Pow Bambi, anyone? - April 5, 2011, 10:16 AM

So, my neighbor is the manager for the Hair Cuttery in Spring Mills. One night last week, while out smoking a cig with afew co-workers, that witnessed a chinese mob-style hit, lol.
Two employees from the chinese restaurant next door to their shop, were unloading a dead deer out of the back of a suv, stiff as a board with the legs sticking straight up in the air, with a towel over its head. They unloaded the deer, and proceeded to carry the body into the back of the restaurant. After witnessing this, my neighbor and co-workers called the Health Dept.
Come to find out, this is not the first time, and the deer was recently hit by a car down the street...
This is what followed:
Restaurant closed for

Look no further than China King in Sterling, VA (countryside). That was shutdown in like 2000 or so for the same thing.

DAMN, I will think of this next time I go to a chinese place. In fact, more than often, when I am eating that tasty pepper steak, I find myself thinking, are you sure thats not cat/dog beef on that pepper steak?

I am not making this up. During a motorcycle ride to Alaska in 2007 my girlfriend and I stopped for the night in Hinton, Alberta. Our motel (a Super Eight) was right next door to a Chinese restaurant called the Royal Garden.

While we were doing some laundry at the motel and discussing dinner options, we noticed a car pull up to the back of the restaurant. The driver got out, reached into the car, and pulled out a cardboard box. The door to the restaurant's kitchen opened and a guy wearing a white cooks' outfit walked out, looked into the box, and pulled out a kitten. He and the car driver spent a couple seconds talking and looking at the kitten, then the cook put the kitten back in the box, picked up the box, and walked back into the kitchen and closed the door.

We wound up ordering pizza.

I know this might sound like an BS urban legend, but I'll swear on a stack of pizza boxes it went down just like that.

Generally most counties have a website that you can go to, to check violations in your area. Sorry I would know the taste of vension instantly. The people that own one that is being closed down, currently own 2 others in this area, and one in Chucktown I believe.
