The ego 56v 5ah 575cfm model will blow full speed for almost 15min non-stop (30min if you adjust it down to 400cfm).

The 5ah batteries can be found for ~$200 but they handle LOTS of charges.

There's a relatively hefty up front cost but I've never once doubted the performance of any ego product I own.

I have the Echo that is a blower and a sucker with a metal shredder blade. Every one of my neighbors have borrowed it and loved it. One of my good friends borrowed it and bought his own a week after. It is a two stroke. If you have a big yard or get a lot of leaves can't beat it. It takes less than a minute to convert it from a blower to a leaf sucker/shredder. Also comes in handy when you're trying dry your car or bike.

Reading his enthusiastic description and kept thinking to myself: This Is Turk we're talking about. Echo is probably:

“Any man who tries to be good all the time is bound to come to ruin among the great number who are not good. Hence a Prince who wants to keep his authority must learn how not to be good, and use that knowledge, or refrain from using it, as necessity requires”.

Stihl is the best when it comes to small engine stuff. Hands down.

The commercial Echo stuff has come up a good bit, but that is not the same stuff that is at the big box stores either.

Stihl "Pro" stuff beats Echo stuff, yeah.. but Stihl Pro stuff also tends to be high strung and a little hard to start. Echos are slower revving, but solid.

Echo stuff beats Stihl "homeowner" stuff. This is true for blowers, string trimmers and chainsaws.
