Actually this whole aggressive hero/anti-hero no stop acting path he is on stems from the death of his wife, who he had to take off life support. Taken in 2008 was by far the most aggressive role he had taken prior to his wifes death.

I was going to say the same thing...glad I read b4 posting.
He is working non stop now to burry the pain probably.
