New Lilly camera is up for Pre-Order. It tracks you using its wireless adapter.

Max Speed = 25mph so don't get your hopes up

Wow! Would love to have this out during a snowboard cross race since gopros and alike are not permitted. However, my top speed has been 58mph so it probably wouldn't be able to keep up. Even though there is snowboarding in the promotional video.

At a high enough altitude (say 40 ft above the action) with a tele-photo lense, relative tracking speed becomes less of a problem.

Only 500? It's a camera and a helicopter that follows you. That's not bad when a go pro is $400

It's 500 for pre order only.

999 when it is actually released.

Sure, I worry a bit about drones everywhere, especially when I'm trying to land under canopy, but I doubt these things are going to blot out the sun. It looks like a fun toy that'll get people out doing stuff more often, which is a good thing in my mind.

Yeah but everyone was complaining about $500 which isn't bad at all. Given $1k is probably too much

The 20 minute total flight time with no option for replaceable batteries is going to hold back sales before the price does

Bingo, this is exactly what I've been looking for, but it'll need to be at least 10moh faster and have 20 more minutes flight time before I'd think about spending over $500 on it. Great first attempt but I'll wait several years.

Confusing the issue, since before you were ugly.
