LONDON TOWNE---Subdivision---CENTREVILLE - February 10, 2007, 09:45 PM

Can I get some feedback on this neighbourhood in centreville,

Subdivision: LONDON TOWNE

Since I'm not buying in Warrenton, NO mass transport from that zipcode to DC and I refuse to drive 45 miles and back for work everyday. I'm thinking about Centreville or

Feedback on above address will be helpful or any suggestions on better location to buy in the area.

Not the most desireable... a g/f of mine moved there temporairily after she and I broke up and I was not fond of the area. Lots of drug activity - which was fine with her - but didn't fly with me.

contact the county police station. Tell them that you are moving in that area and would like to speak to a crime analyst. That person has all the STATS for their area. They can tell you the real deal for reported crimes.

2nd ask to speak to an officer that covers that area. He/she will also give you the run down.

I've lived in c'ville since 91 or 92, London Towne has always been a place to stay away from, there and the meadows which aren't to far from it.
