Looking for a NEW job! - July 9, 2009, 02:58 PM

hello all...

I am looking at leaving the company I am currently with and getting a new job. I am open to changing my career because what I am doing is not very interesting.

I am looking for a job in recreation, sports, fitness, or health oriented field (BS degree in recreation and Exercise science with lots of exercise experience). I can also do work as a travel coordinator, event coordinator, program coordinator (that's my current position).

Please help a girl out. I am looking for jobs in VA or DC only.

Thanks!!

No Touchie! I like that. Funny. It's only funny cause i am assuming you are a chick. If you are a dude well then it's not really funny.

Good luck with the job search. Not sure you watch the news but it's apparently not a good time to look for a job. Something about a recession i think.

Sam, you could come work w/ me. You get lots of exercise (4th floor apt showings), its in Ashburn and you get a change of scenery (work at 2 or 3 different properties). You also get to make commission.

RIP Greg Walker, I will never forget you

If everybody thought before they spoke, the silence would be deafening

Jess...love the new avatar!

I know the economy is not looking very good and now is not a great time to be looking for a job but I have to try. I am doing everything I can to get a new job but consider 80% of jobs that given to people who were referred, I thought it was worth a shot.

Thanks for looking out.

Thanks Jess for the offer but I can't do sales. I can't even sell water to a thirty man.
