Looking for a place to rent - April 16, 2009, 10:27 AM

I am looking for a place to rent for a couple (BF&GF). It needs to be near the Orange line and have Motorcycle parking. I Figured I would post up here and see if anybody had a house or townhouse with a basement for rent. An apartment or condo might also work if it is big enough for everybody and has parking.

Thanks

Dan

The townhouse next to Sara and I is still up for rent, but it's in South Riding, right off 50 & Loudoun County Parkway. 3 stories, single car garage, small back yard, deck off the 2nd floor. I think the rent is $1,700, but don't quote me.

Let me know if they're interested and I'll get more info.

Edit - Here's the information from the sign out front of the house: WJD, Management, www.wjdpm.com, 571-432-0911. The house is on Beachall St in Chantilly. I checked the website and the house isn't showing under "Houses for rent", but when Sara and I were home last weekend, it was still available.

realtor.com and homesdatabase.com are also good sites to help you look for rentals.

I have a 1 bedroom 1bath with an attatched garage available for $1467.00 garage is huge it can fit 2 bikes and a car in the garage and a car in the drive way. Its 788 square foot.

I attatched the floor plan but the one coming available has a garage that is linked with dirrect access from the laundry room.

When I say near the orange line I mean Walking distance. And parking for the Bikes is very very important. I check CL twice a day. I was just posting up here just incase somebody had a place that they were thinking of renting or had for rent.

Yes, she almost ran you over in the go-cart last year, but my wife really is nice. In addition, she owns a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 2 private underground secure parking spaces in the Wilton House, which is about two hundred yards away from the Dunn Loring Metro stop. It's on the 9th floor with a great view of the setting sun, and there's a pool on the roof. If you are interested, I'll put you in touch with her.

Kahn if i moved in to your place I wouldn't be moving out so soon.

Foggy bottom would be great. However DC is way to expensive to register all our vehicles in.
