Man videotapes himself jet-skiing through aftermath of Hurricane Irene flooding

LOL

Badass....

caused quite a stirrup this past weekend. But that didnít stop some people embracing the freedom caused by heavily occupied municipal authorities. And this recent video shows exactly what we mean.
A man from Oceanside, New York decided to take a video of himself jet-skiing through the streets of Oceanside since the torrential rain produced from Irene flooded them all.
By all means, we donít condone these kind of acts because they could be very detrimental to your safetyóin other words, attempts like these are done at your own risk since flood waters can present many unknown hazards.
Either way, it looks like the Oceanside resident had quite a blast.

I guess they don't need much water depth to operate. Cool.

Saw a few people out on snowmobiles last snowstorm.

Then again... That's just me.

Yeah, not much, but since you can see the painted lines n the water, that looked REAL shallow. I would hate to be hauling ass on the ski and then hit a speed bump or something that is just barely under the surface and rip the bottom out.

Remember boys and girls in VA when a state of emergency is declared you can use any mode of transportation you would like on public roads. This is why you see ATVs on the roads during bad snow storms. Fun stuff.

we ride our sleds all over the place when it snows hard enough, basically the same thing this guy is doing.

During that last snowpocalypse we rode up into PA from here and hit maybe one or 2 patches of cleared road. You know it is a bitch when you get a sled stuck though
