Went last Saturday and had a blast!!! It was my first time there and I really enjoyed it.
1. Give yourself extra time!
-We got in line at the ferry at 7pm(ish) and didn't get to Markoff's until 8:15. That line moves slowly!!

2. Plan ahead!
-Order tickets on their website and have them in hand when you go. The line to buy tickets was 20 times as long as the line for those of us who had them.

3. Get there early!
-When we left shortly before 10pm, the line to get into line was REALLY, REALLY long!!

Markoffs is good. I dont go the ferry route, jus go up 270. But also Field of Screams in Olney IMO was a better bang for the buck....plus they had deep friex Oreos!!

I am going this Saturday, October 23rd. I am meeting at the Panera Bread at Leesburg Outlet mall at 6:00pm. Anyone is welcome to go. If you don't know what I look like PM me, or look for a guy with tattoos and a black hat on with a big mouth.

I'll probably go this weekend. They put on a great event. It's almost odd how much I look forward to going to this every autumn.

went a couple of weeks ago. Left from Leesburg Outlets at about 6PM. Yes, give yourself plenty of time if you are taking the ferry route. I personally would say get your ass to the ferry by 5:30PM.

I've been going to the Haunted Forest for quite a number of years now, and I'm not kidding when I say it gets better every year!... This year is no exception

We came back without using the ferry - it's 35 minutes to go around (vs. 1:15 to wait for the ferry).

It is ok I'm not a huge fan of it as I didn't really get scared going through it.
