Money Magazine - Best places for the rich and single - July 23, 2009, 01:57 PM

Money Magazine has rated Arlington 2nd and Herndon 8th for the Best places for the rich and single. I was reading through the Fairfax Times paper, and noticed the article. "According to Money Magazine, you are nearly twice as likely to hook up with a sugar daddy or momma within the 20171 zip code"

Come on you sugar mommas! You know where the PM button is! I live in Herndon, and I am ready for you!

I am little surprised Herndon was selected over Reston. Although, I think Reston has a lower med family income than Herndon.

EDIT: % single is the large part of the factor.

Herndon covers more ground. Franklin Farm is technically Herndon, even though it's in the heart of Chantilly and they are trying to call it Oak Hill. Herndon also covers a large part of the nice Reston sections.
